Returns & Refunds


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a part doesn't fit or you simply changed your mind, we offer a hassle-free 14-day return policy.

1. How to Return an Item (Step-by-Step) Please follow these steps to ensure a fast refund:

  1. Request a Return (RMA): Before shipping anything, please contact us via email at contact@aateile.com or WhatsApp to receive your RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Packages without an RMA number may be delayed.

  2. Pack Carefully: Place the item back in its original manufacturer's box. Then, place that box inside a sturdy shipping box (do not stick labels directly on the part's original box).

  3. Ship it: Send the package to the address provided with your RMA. We recommend using a tracked service.

  4. Get Refunded: Once we inspect the return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

2. Return Shipping Costs

  • Changed your mind / Wrong part ordered: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Our Error / Defective Item: If we sent the wrong part or the item is defective, we cover the shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid return label.

3. Refunds Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Stripe/Card or Bank Transfer).

  • Processing Time: 5-7 business days after receipt at our warehouse.

  • Amount: We refund the full purchase price of the item. Original shipping costs are refunded only if the entire order is returned.

4. Exchanges To ensure you get the right part as quickly as possible, we do not offer direct exchanges.

  • The Process: Please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the correct part immediately. This is the fastest way to get your car back on the road.

5. Non-Returnable Items Please note that we cannot accept returns for:

  • Electrical parts that have been installed or plugged in.

  • Fluids (oils, additives) that have been opened.

  • Items without their original packaging or with missing components.

  • Parts that show signs of installation (grease marks, screw impressions)
