We ship fast and reliably to all EU countries, the UK, Norway, and other destinations upon request. Our logistics partners ensure your auto parts arrive safely.

1. Dispatch & Delivery Times

• Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 14:00 CET (Mon-Fri) are usually dispatched the same day.

• Standard Delivery Time: 3 - 7 business days within the EU.

• Carriers: We use trusted carriers including GLS, DHL, and Chronopost (for France) to ensure the best service for your region.

2. Shipping Costs (Standard)

The final shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. Below are our starting rates for standard parcels:

Express shipping options are available at checkout for selected regions.

3. Warehouse Pickup (Click & Collect)

You can pick up your order directly from our warehouse in Germany (near the French border).

• Address: AATEILE GmbH, Allensteiner Straße 26, 77694 Kehl, Germany.

• Hours: Mon - Fri: 08:00 – 18:00.

• Cost: Free. Please select "Pickup" at checkout.

4. Tracking & Receipt

• Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email within 24 hours of dispatch.

• Delivery: We deliver to homes, offices, and pickup points.

• Signature: A signature may be required for orders valued over €500.

• Note: We cannot deliver large or heavy items to PO Boxes.

5. VAT & Customs

• EU Private Customers: Prices include German VAT (19%) or your local VAT rate where applicable (OSS). No customs fees.

• EU Business Customers (B2B): If you provide a valid VAT ID, we will issue a net invoice (VAT-exempt intra-Community delivery).
