Payment Methods
We offer secure and convenient payment options for your orders. All transactions are encrypted using SSL technology to ensure your data remains safe.
1. Credit & Debit Cards (via Stripe) We accept Visa and Mastercard.
How it works: Select "Credit Card" at checkout. You will be redirected to a secure interface provided by our payment partner, Stripe. Enter your card details and confirm the payment.
Security: We support 3D Secure verification (Verified by Visa / Mastercard Identity Check) for maximum protection against fraud.
Dispatch: Payment is authorized immediately, allowing us to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible (usually same-day for orders before 14:00).
Note: We do not store your card details on our servers.
2. Bank Transfer (SEPA Prepayment) You can pay by standard bank transfer.
How it works: After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing our bank details (IBAN/BIC) and your Order Number.
Process: Please transfer the total amount to our bank account, using your Order Number as the payment reference.
Dispatch: Your order will be dispatched as soon as the funds have arrived in our bank account. This typically takes 1-3 business days depending on your bank.
Reservation: We will reserve your items for 5 days while waiting for payment.
3. Invoice Payment (B2B Only) For verified business customers and partners, we offer payment by invoice.
Eligibility: This option is available only to registered companies with a valid VAT ID after a credit check and internal approval.
Terms: Standard payment terms are 30 days net, unless otherwise agreed.
