🚨 Beware of Scams Impersonating AATEILE/AAPIÈCES

Fake Quotes / Fake Numbers / Fake IBANs / Identity Theft

⚠️ Malicious individuals are impersonating our identity (AATEILE/AAPIÈCES) by sending fake quotes and using fake phone numbers, fake IBANs, fake WhatsApp accounts, and fake social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, etc.). 🔎 Signs of a scam

Here are the main things to watch out for:

1. 🏦 IBAN in the name of a private individual

Simple rule: A legitimate company will always request payment to an account in the company's name — never to a private individual.

✅ Our bank accounts are always in the name of AATEILE or AAPIÈCES. We NEVER use personal accounts.

✅ Account holder: AATEILE or AAPIÈCES

⚠️ A fraudster often uses:

  • a personal bank account

  • sometimes located abroad

  • a name that doesn't match the company

  • a personal name with "… AATEILE" added, for example: "AATEILE accountant"

2. 📧 Suspicious email address

Simple rule: A legitimate company uses its own domain name.

Legitimate addresses:

We will NEVER use any account other than the ones listed above — no GMAIL, HOTMAIL, OUTLOOK, etc.

⚠️ Very common and often misleading:

  • aateile@gmail.com

  • contact.aateile@outlook.com

  • aateile.service.client@protonmail.com

  • spelling errors (e.g. aateil vs aateile)

  • added words ("support", "billing", "accounting", …)

3. 📞 Unofficial phone numbers

Simple rule: Always verify the number on our official website or contact us directly.

Legitimate numbers:

  • ✅ +49 15 7777 1111 8 (WhatsApp AATEILE)

  • ✅ +33 7 56 86 86 85 (WhatsApp AATEILE — currently inactive ⚠️)

  • ✅ +33 3 68 78 02 40 (Landline AATEILE)

  • ✅ +33 9 70 73 28 30 (Landline AATEILE)

  • ✅ +33 7 43 30 30 20 (Tel. AAPIÈCES Haguenau)

  • ✅ +33 7 66 66 65 64 (WhatsApp AAPIÈCES Cannes)

  • ✅ +33 9 88 57 68 29 (Landline AAPIÈCES Cannes)

We will NEVER contact you from any number or profile other than the verified ones above.

4. ⏳ Urgency of payment

Simple rule: A legitimate company will never pressure you into paying urgently.

❌ This is a classic psychological tactic.

  • "Payment required today"

  • "Offer valid for 24 hours only"

  • "Order will be blocked without immediate payment"

  • persistent pressure by phone or message

⚠️ The goal: to stop you from thinking it through.

5. 📚 General rules

⚠️ We NEVER send quotes via Messenger, Instagram, TikTok, or through comments.

⚠️ If an account messages you privately or in a comment asking you to contact them on another number, or offers direct payment: it's a scam!

⚠️ Report the fake account immediately and send us a screenshot so we can have it blocked. 📸
